Here is Sarah Burtons Resort 2012 range. "Romantic Utility"
Cotton is Sarah Burton's choice of fabric, claiming it makes it real. The range revolves around tailored silhouette and ornate surface treatments. The range includes pieced leather biker jackets, cocktail sheath where the bodice was embroidered in gold and black. The range seems to have a feel of royalty, maybe due to royal wedding involvement, the lace and silhouettes, nipped in at the waist and kick peats, showcases a Victorian period. There is also a military side to the collection, ocelot prints and Indian style jewels, beads and shells.
