MYFASHION: FINAL TOILE

In my garment technology module; I was given the brief to recreate a dress from the university's yorkshire fashion archive collection. I was given a rather gothic dress from the 70s, with lace and frills. My aim was to redesign it with a modern twist. I have added laser cut circles and hand sewn them on to the toile. This will eventually be made out of fine lightweight wool donated by Woolmark.
